I found several issues . The room lacked adequate soundproofing. I could clearly hear noises from other rooms and hallways. This disturbance interrupted my sleep. The room's decor also felt somewhat dark. It needed more lighting to improve the ambiance. These problems affected my experience at the hotel.

The breakfast offered many options, definitely suitable for the whole family. I found the two-room option away from traffic convenient. It easily accommodated a midsize family needing quiet and space. ALL the staff are very accommodating helpful and cheerful.

The location provided VERY easy access to the castle and other sites. I could easily walk to Charles Bridge and major bus and tram stops. The hotel location is perfect, I found it easy to walk to the trams or metro.

Staff are ALL very friendly and helpful. I appreciated this very much. Check-in was easy, and the staff gave a brief tour of the hotel. Every staff member I encountered offered assistance and was polite.
